Beginner Level: Inclusive Explorers
Riding Sessions:
Introduction to the equine environment which includes familiarization with the horse, its care, and behavior. We approach the horse and have our first interaction through grooming. We walk at a slow pace to build confidence and familiarity with the horse's movement.
Music Sessions:
Exploration of soft percussion musical instruments. Simple rhythms and cheerful songs to accompany the equine experience.
Therapeutic Objectives:
Sensory stimulation and basic motor development. Building confidence and reducing anxiety. Introduction to the bond between children and horses.
